day 4: heat
Adjusting to Arizona’s climate has been a little rough for a redhead, but Tempe’s food tries very hard to make up for it. My skin and the many yummy foods found right outside my door have a lot in common: we’re thoroughly cooked. Arizona State University already capitalizes on the pitchfork, the Sun Devil, and more; the City of Tempe would do well to link their hot cuisine to their miserable summer climate.
